Our services.

 

$850 | Complete Birth Package

This includes two weeks of on call availability before and after your due date as well as:

  • Two prenatal visits during which you can expect to explore your preferences and vision for labor and delivery

  • Continuous physical and emotional support for you (and your partner) during the labor and birth

  • Initial breastfeeding support immediately after delivery

  • One postpartum visit at your home to support the processing of the birth, fill in any gaps, provide resources on physical healing as needed, and answer any other questions you may have

 

$250 | Birth Preparation

This includes one or two prenatal consulting sessions with the support and resources of a trained doula to:

  • Discuss labor options, interventions, and pain management

  • Explore any concerns you may have about your delivery, including assistance in processing how past labor and delivery experiences may affect your upcoming birth

  • Plan and generate resources for breastfeeding support and immediate postpartum needs

  • Compose guided meditations and affirmations for use during labor & delivery and postpartum

$350 | Labor & Delivery Only

If you’re looking for just an extra layer of support during the birth, you can expect one meeting to explore your labor and delivery preferences as well as:

  • Continuous physical and emotional support for you (and your partner) during the labor and birth

  • Initial breastfeeding support immediately after delivery

  • Includes two weeks of on call availability before and after your due date

$100 | Postpartum

This includes one or two postpartum consulting sessions with the support and resources of a trained birth doula:

  • Discuss and help process labor and delivery experience

  • Explore any concerns you may have about your recovery, including providing referrals to trained specialists for additional care

  • Plan and generate resources for postpartum needs as well as discuss holistic ways to support recovery

  • Develop focused breath work plans to support physical and emotional healing
